Ok no pics for this post too..no digi cam la.. It's been a busy weekend for me. On Saturday was flag day for my church! Been a long time since I did anything charitable. To cut short, I had a great time, though there were mean and rude people along the way. Don't wanna waste time talking about them. Xav probably got it more 'jia lat'.. ask him, lol. Went to vintage in the night to celebrate a friend's birthday, got lots of free drinks, and went back home at 3am with Coleman. Reached home at about 345am! Slept at 5... OMG.

Woke up for church..looked at the clock, 930..oook..LATE! VERY LATE! Rushed to take a shower, changed got my dad to fetch me. Reached church at 1015am..not too bad, haha. Service had just begun. Went for lunch at Marche Suntec with some other church friends. Had a rosti sausage and a root beer. Yes, root beer and not real beer. Had enough the night before. Too bad, no pics to show you the awesome food, haha.

Met Xav and Kev at Orchard, played pool, and as usual someone kept on dominating the pool table LOL. Then we saw a horrible band playing along Orchard Road, too horrible for words. Haha. Went to Tampines for dinner and hung out a bit more and went back home, super tired. Zzzzz...

JAM!

Today started out as a normal day, stayed at home in the day till about 5, then called Sam up to see if he wanted to have dinner at TP. Reason is also because Sam n Kev were supposed to have a practice, so I decided to join them. Upon reaching design canteen, saw Tim and Dom there too. More dinner companions, great, haha. After that just had a good time jamming and playing all sorts of songs. Haha, no matter how good or bad we sounded, most importantly, was that we had fun and each other. That's all that mattered for that jam, haha. After that went to bedok block 85 for supper. People who go there always rant about how good the bah chor mee is..well, I think my new favourite dish is the pork porridge with century egg, plus a raw egg in it. Too bad got no pics..someone forgot to take the photos even when he brought his digi cam along. Haha.

Cartoon

Well, had nothing to do so I watched cartoon network on cable and watched this hilarious cartoon called : The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. LOL. It's about these 2 kids who 'enslaved' the Grim Reaper and he has to make them his best friends. It's a funny cartoon with some adult references, haha. Not too bad la. If not it won't make it on cartoon network. Try watching it if you can on a boring day. It might entertain you for a while, haha. I like the way Billy laughs, haha. Here are pics of the cartoon:

I wish I had a digi cam so that I could take more pics and put it in my blog just like Kev's, lol. Nevermind, haha. So what did I do yesterday? Basically stayed home to rot till dinner time, where I went to my cousin's place for dinner. Something freaky, or maybe not la ( I had freakier experiences) happened while I was there. Recently, my cousin's pet dog died of some illness and had to be put down. So when we were in the backyard eating, I heard a bark similar to my cousin's dog coming from the kitchen. It was a short, sharp bark, just once, and I was very very sure I heard it. And no, my cousin's neighbour does not own a dog. And not long after the bark, I heard a whining sound just beside me. I was not really freaked out, but more to curious. No one else heard it except me. Kev gave me some weird+psychological+scientific+paranormal explaination, lol. If you want to hear about more of my experiences, ask me, or you can join our team of "ghost hunters". There was a period of time where me and some friends would go around Singapore looking for every haunted place possible to explore. Too bad I do not have photos to show.

Update on the bass I wanna get..price has gone up sky high! But I will still try to squeeze in a last minute bid for it and see how it goes. You can check out the bass

This is the bass guitar that I really really want to get.. it's the same model used by Duff Mckagan, bass player for Velvet Revolver, ex bass player for Guns N' Roses. I like it also because of it's all black neck and matching pearl/cream yellowish white body.

Only thing is, his bass has some weird skull sticker, but I think he changed it to something else. Anyway, pray hard that I can get the bass, haha. Been wanting it since my sec school days.

Woke up pretty late today.. Was at vintage last night with a few friends. Actually planned to go back early but some dude kept buying us drinks and requesting for Pantera, haha. Vintage is like a home to the rockers, well not all rockers go there but.. it's a cool place. The drinks are reasonably cheap and they play great music videos, with the occasional canto pop and retro music.
Before that went to watch the local movie, Perth : The Geylang Massacre at Orchard Lido. How was it? It was pretty good, seriously. Not because it had tons of and tons of vulgarities, but, just that, the director at least dared to do something different.. well, I'll let you judge for yourself. Go watch it :)
